Cancellation and Refund 

In order for the refund application to be accepted, the product should be undamaged and unused. If the product is used, there should be no damage due to usage. If any product is sent with used, damaged, or washed condition, the company will send the products back to you without refund. Products that are wanted to be returned must have all the accessories, the original package, and the invoice. Disposable products, self-care products, or products within the danger of having an expiration date are not returnable and refundable. 

 

The cancellation and returning process can be made from the website. After you get to the relative page, you need to choose the products that you want to return and the reason for returning. If you purchased more than one from the same product, you need to specify the number of products you want to return. If there is more than one shipping option, choose the one that you want. As you choose the shipping firm, there would be a code on the screen. You need to save that code for later actions. Later, the products you want to return and the invoice(s) should be all in one package to be shipped. The items should be shipped with the code within seven days. In the cases where it exceeded seven days, you would need to take another code. 

 

In the cases where the consumer wants to return an unflawed product, the shipping prices would be the customer’s responsibility. If the product was purchased from a campaign where the shipping was free, the shipping price would be taken from the refund money. All the products sent by the company are checked out before shipping. If there are any flaws in the sent products, the customer has the right to return the product and get a full refund. Shipping payment refunds might be different.
